Is the set of actions the nurse decides to implement to be able to resolve identified family health and nursing problems.
Characteristics of nursing care plan
focuses on actions (designed to solve or alleviate existing problems)….The PLAN is a Blueprint for action. product of deliberate systematic process relates to future revolves around identified health & nursing problems means to an end, not an end in itself continuous process
Qualities of a nursing care plan
Clear definition of problem Consistent with the goals & philosophy of the health agency Realistic It is drawn with the family…nurse works with the family not for the family Be kept in written form
