It is humbly submitted that both of them are liable under the identity theft under the Section
66(c).1 Whoever, fraudulently or dishonestly make use of unique identification feature of any
other person, shall be punished with imprisonment of either description for a term which may

for their own app.in a case, a person get arrested for hacking the whats app account of people
and uses there identity2. It was already proved that both of them has fraudulent intention.
It is pertinent to point out that section 66C does not give the definition of the term unique
identification features. These words are very vast, comprehensive and frturistic in their approach
and prospective.
