    Subject: Cummins Power Generation CoolKits Pricing Action –
    Effective 02-Jul-2012

    Dear North American G-Drive Distributors

    Cummins Power Generation (CPG) Aftermarket Accessories will be changing prices on CoolKit
    products, effective 02-Jul-2012.

    Details of this pricing action are as follows:


    1. This announcement applies to Cummins Power Generation CoolKit products only.
    2. The complete list of CoolKits, along with updated DN prices, is attached.
    3. The new prices will apply for orders for CoolKits shipped on or after 02-Jul-2012 from
    both Memphis Distribution Center and the CPG Fridley plant.
    4. The pricing in this bulletin supersedes the pricing in PMB60.

    Prices were adjusted to reflect currency impacts, cost changes, and general economic conditions.
    These new prices will be visible in ordering systems shortly.
