At a meeting with |}, Hospital Human Resource «= Hospital Seeutity Florida Hospital nurse and Florida, Hospital nurse fon 67212018, Amato admited that he stole the PropofOl for patent use. According to a letter of apology writen 10 Florida Hospital that was submited to Evidence, Amato stated that he administered the drug to patents who were not being adequately relaxed by docto-ordered medication. He said that he didn't sell or use the Propofol. only eave it patients, Amato is suspected of stealing and giving patients unordered Propofol for a longer period and Florida Hospital is conducting an investigation 10 find out the total amount stolen ‘Amato used Florida Hospital's propery (Propfol) with the intent to deprive the Hospital permanently of & right or a benefit of that property csablishing probable cause to charge him with grand theft ($300, <$8000) ‘Amato was arrested and transported 19 CID where was interviewed by DET C.
