    commercial district of Quezon City. The form of the building is the result of an approach to optimizing
    the view of the surrounding area and maximizing the experience of an ideally located site.

    Torre Loyola, with its 5 levels of parking podium, 38 levels of


    residential units, top-notch amenities, and prime retail areas, serves as

    facility also gives consideration on the structures cost effectiveness by
    incorporating natural elements, such as air and light; which paved the
