    The attention of the Director of Town & Country Planning, AP, Guntur is
    invited to the ref. cited. He is informed that, Government have examined the issue
    and hereby agreed to allow the Change of Land Use applications from other use
    to Industrial Use through online duly fixing the time line as 120 days mentioned in
    the Annexure (Process of Flow Chart), under EODB, for disposal of such Change of
    Land Use applications.

    2. The Director of Town & Country Planning, AP, Guntur shall take· further
    necessary action in the matter, accordingly.
