- The deadline of the assignment should be within our office working hours and
any late submission will allow us to reject the order.
- If we find that, the writers not cooperating with us within our working hours then
we have the right to cancel the order assigned to him/her as we also have the
right to terminate our deal with them immediately.
2. Project Cost
All the writing projects in different fields will have the same cost of $ 4 per page for the first 3 months (a page
that contains 250 to 275 words),
except (Technical projects and calculation Projects such as those that require sophisticated calculations.)
and then once quality is approved you will be receiving $5 per page when quality assurance is approved, Writers
will be receiving between $ 5-6+ per Page depending on the required work.
Usually we are getting orders from our clients through our email addresses, then we follow the below steps to
finalize these orders:
1. Our office staff will get in touch with the client and get more clarifications
regarding the required, then our staff will submit all the information into our
system.

4. Once you get our email, it will be your responsibility to read the requirements carefully.
5. In case you have any questions or queries regarding the requirements; it is your duty to send us a
query email to our customer service representatives at the mentioned e-mails only:

6. Once you confirm that you can handle the order without any mistake and you will submit it on time
without being late, then you can reply to each email with the require cost to cover this order and We
expect to get this response within 1 Hour not more using the below format:

5. We will extend the deadline of the project as much as we can if there is any delay in the payment. You
must know that we do not work on any project except if we get the payment in advance.
6. You cannot work on any order except if you get an approval mail from us.
7. If you get the approval mail, then it will be your responsibility to work on the project and you cannot
cancel your approval or a Wrong and a Penalty will be applied to the Token ID (causing deductions to
your list of Tokens).
8. We are distributing the orders between the writers depending on their quality and specialty.
9. You should be expecting the approval e-mail by the next day's morning ( within 48 Hours ).
Some of the writers decide by themselves to complete the work without taking full clarification from us, which
may lead to many problems.

Clarification
When we send an order and it mentions that you must select an organization or industry located in the UAE in
the requirements, if the writer selects the company without taking our approval this is usually considered a
mistake.
Solution:
In this case it is your job to confirm w i t h u s the company name and take full clarification in /on any
subject or matter you find is important to complete the task correctly, this will always keep the writer on the
safe side, to avoid any trouble coming from the student, or to avoid any professional disciplinary actions towards
the writer.
It is better to clarify all the information required from the beginning and consider where mistakes can be
avoided.
Problem:
Delay in our response to the students
Clients start complaining when we are taking more than 1 hour to respond to their request whether we can be
handled or not.
Solution:
Due to previous scenarios with writers, we're very keen to be extremely sensitive with such problem, and our
rules state that there is no need for the writer that will jeopardize or risk our relations with our
customers/students by not answering his/her/their first question or request, which leaves behind the idea that
we are not professional.
Therefore: any one with repeated late response will not be needed and will removed from the writer's list as
immediate as noticed. No excuses will be accepted, as if you are serious about work then you must be focused,
sharp, and on point with us otherwise your services will no longer be appreciated nor needed by our company.
4. Orders Submission
✓ We are receiving the ready orders from the writers at this e-mail addresses

So once you have completed any order it should be submitted and sent to those addresses including
the history of our email conversation with the same Token ID as the e-mail's subject

✓ All submission should be within our working hours; any late submissions will cost you a
“Late Submission Penalty” = $0
National, public and business holidays vary from one culture and country to another, as we are
working with you through long distance from another country we need you to kindly accept the
term that states the following:
- All submissions approved by your team must be submitted on the submission date
mentioned in the approval mail in the order process (any late – or delayed submission with
be count as wrong and will not be count for payment).
- Public – Private – National or any sort of holiday will not be used as an excuse for delayed
submission. Please consider your working dates and act accordingly to them
• (Ex. If your team will be on leave on December 25 for Christmas
holidays- we wish them a happy holiday, do not accept any orders due
on that day if it cannot be completed and submitted.)
5. Power point
✓ If a PPT presentation is requested with the project or order, no extra charges will be applicable to the PPT
order.
✓ If the student only wants a PPT presentation without any other order or project then we will ask the student
for payment.
✓ All PPT projects in different fields will have the same fixed cost of $ 2 per PPT slide, unless the presentation
is a request with a writing order (then it is free of charge)
6. Word Count
✓ Each page should include a minimum of 250 to 275 Words.
7. Project quality
Writers are to provide us with the best level of quality to avoid any issues and if we get appreciation from the student
against your work, we will keep you in our top-performance writers list and provide you with as much orders as we can.
Weak quality reports and orders will be considered as "wrong project" and the order will be cancelled if it cannot be
edited or modified as well as receiving a penalty to a similar cost Token ID.

Solution:
1. For Weak/Poor quality, will cost you a wrong & we will remove the token from the
writer's list, and we will assign it to someone else to handle it and to do it properly. (In
this case you feel that you can’t handle the order in professional manner, you may reject
it from the beginning. in which it is better and more professional for us to apologies to the
student that we can’t handle it in the according to their expectations).
Do not try to be the Hero that you are not (regarding such case).
2. If there are any missing requirements and the student's feedback is a complaint about it!
In most majority cases we will also be removing the token from the writer's list and will
assign it to someone else who can handle it to handle it, (It’s your job to cover all the
requirements from the beginning to avoid such issues).
3. Regarding the Grammar, we will allow the writer to modify it. (In this case, you can use
any free application to double check the grammar such as Grammarly)
4. Many student's may complaint that the English level used in the projects are Weak,
Words are not understandable, or Words used are not related to the topic and so on.
(Please I want you to be focus on such point and use the proper student's English Level
depending on the Level that we mention in our email, which could be any of the following:
School, Diploma, Bachelor, Master or PhD Level)
5. Finally, zero excuses will be accepted regarding such points. (As mentioned, you may
ask any questions regarding not understanding the requirements, as you may reject any
order if you do not understand the requirements, just make sure you do not take any
order that you may not be able to handle accordingly.) Once Again, do not risk simple
clarifications, decisions or orders that may lead to major issues. Again , do not try to
be the Hero that you are not.
8. Plagiarism report
Once you complete the project, you must check the Plagiarism of your work and attach the report in the mail
And you may use one of the Plagiarism software such as TURNTITIN
Please note that the university's and college's terms and conditions are very strict on Plagiarism, so
we need writers to be very careful regarding this point.
In all cases, if a student gets Plagiarism on their homework, they will get immediate termination from
their university or college and that is why we must respect the Functional Secretariat.

Solution:
The only solution is to cancel our contract with the writer, as we cannot trust his/her work
anymore.

Problem:
References & In-Text Citation
Some writers are still using Text Book and chargeable references
Solution:
1. All writers should use Online Free references such as News Paper, Journal, and Academic
Articles.
2. All writers should design each reference in the same style that are mention in the order
mail such as APA, MLA, and IEEE.
3. All writers should provide the link of each reference without the link, it will be rejected.
4. All the writers should mention “In-Text” Citation in each paragraph Without In-Text
citation. We will reject the order.

10. Modifications
✓ In the first modification request from the client we allow the same writer to do the needful but if the student still
complaints about the same issue we will reject the order and consider it as "wrong project" & a Penalty then it will
be assigned to someone else to re-do it or modify it and handle it as required.
✓ No payment is applicable for modifications and rejected cases.
✓ At the end of the month we generate a report for all the tokens done, if we find a lot of modification requests

Modification
Modification requests come in daily and if your order is one of them, then you will be alerted to do the needful.
Solution:
1. If the mistake is from the writer (We will offer he writer to modify the requirements
but once we get the same complaint from the student, we will remove the case from the
writer list and we will assign it to someone else.)
2. In case if the modification was not provided as a request in the original mail then it is
the writer's duty to for any applicable additional charges and don’t do the request if you
didn’t get an approval for this charges)
3. If the modification is additional work (In this case it is the writer's duty to for any
applicable additional charges and don’t do the request if you didn’t get an approval for this
charges).
Note: You have only one chance to modify the project, after that, it will be considered as
"wrong" and we will be assigned it to someone else.
11. Duplication
Sometimes writers are requested more than one (1) template in the same order, in those cases if there's any duplication of
templates, the project will be rejected and marked wrong and the amount will be deducted from pending payments and
work will stop with the whole writing team immediately.
12. Late
✓ No payment will be considered for any late submissions.
13. Payment
✓ At the end of each month, each writer will receive his order's as a list of tokens in an excel sheet and will
have a period to crosscheck, dispute and confirm any matter regarding the list within Maximum of 10 Days.
Payments will be made with in Maximum of 3 days After confirmation
(New Joiners will have their first month payment held. ex. January payment will be made in March for
both January and February Token Lists – Further on Writers will be receiving their payments on a monthly
basis after confirmation from both sides. Unless the contract is terminated – then we will pay the whole
pending payments after 2 months as mentioned above.)
If the task is passed, we will mark the task as complete and pay the new writer his/her amount and confirm
working with the writer on our agreed deal, otherwise we will reject and ignore the new joiner's quotes and
remove them from our mailing system.
15. Emails
