This survey is intended for graduates of the Philippine Air Force Officer Candidate Course to
make the program more responsive and relevant to stakeholders. It is important that we
conduct a regular review of the program as part of the curriculum development process.
You, as graduate, are our most important source of information that could be used as bases
of the revisions of the program. Your honest answer to each statement is very much
appreciated.
