    AFFIDAVIT OF SELF ADJUDICATION

    I, Aereekah Deniesse S. Daniela, of legal age, Filipino citizen, married and


    a resident of #3 Justice, Hugo Road, Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod City, after having been
    sworn in accordance with law, hereby depose and say:

    That I am the sole and only surviving legal heir of the late Ma. Helen S.
    Daniela who died last 27 January 2018 at Bacolod City, leaving without any will or
    debt that has not been settled up to the present;

    That the said deceased at the time of her death left a parcel of residential
    land situated at Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod City, which is more particularly described to
    wit;

    TCT NO. T-1456272

    “A parcel of residential land situated at Brgy. Tangub, Bacolod


    City, Province of Negros Occidental, designated as Lot No. 10626-E-3
    part containing an area of One Hundred Fifty (150) square meters
    bounded on the North by road right of way: on the East by Lot No.
    10626-E-4: on the South by Lot No. 10626-D: and on the West by Lot
    No. 10626-E, part covered by ARP No. 2013-11-0011-00632 declared
    in the name of Daniela, Ma. Helen S. with an assessed value of P1,
    500, 760.00”

    That pursuant to Sec. 1 Rule 74 of the Revised Rules of Court of the


    Philippines, I hereby Adjudicate unto myself the above described parcel of land
    without judicial proceedings as prescribed by the aforementioned Rules of Court.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have here unto set my hand this 27th day of January
    2019 at Bacolod City.
