    Track/ Driver Device/ Take-up Device/ Hanger

    Track

    Be used where the conveyor chains go straight. The


    Standard length is 3 meters. It can be cut to
    Straight Track according to its specific installing conditions.
    It an be used for straight track connecting place in the
    furnace. Straight track can stretch or shrink
    freely with the bushing so that shape can’t be changed
    Bush Track under hot or cold condition.
    It is used on the rising or falling areas where the
    conveying chains pass, with standard diameter 1.2M x
    180°. Also can be cut based on any necessary angles
    Vertical curve of any installing conditions. But the angle should not
    Track more than 45°,
    (Up track , the distance between two adjacent hangers should
    Down track) be considered.

    Used for conveying chain pass horizontal turning area.


    Horizontal Standard diameterΦ0.8m~Φ2.0m x 180°, it can be cut
    curve based on any necessary angles for
    Track specific installing conditions.
    There is a hatch which can open the track, people can
    dismantle, install, check or maintain the conveying
    chains though the hatch. Each conveying route driving
    device should equipped with one set check track,
    usually located between driving device and take-up
    Check track device for easy checking and maintenance.

    Driver Device
    Spring caging device is added to the ordinary crawler-
    type driving device, when the chains get stuck during
    abnormal situation happens, the driving device will
    move backwards a little at opposite direction. When it
    touches the switch for designated place, conveying
    Limit-load machine stops and gives warning; When problem
    Caterpillar solved, it goes back to previous
    Driver Device location. Stable conveying movement with little noise
    and high reliability.

    Caterpillar Driving device: standard type, heavy-duty type;


    Driver Device Operating principle: the driving device adjusts the
    momentum that the motor output, after the power
    increased by speed reduction, it will pass to driving
    caterpillar, the pusher dogs will stir the chain to move
    Caterpillar forward.
    Driver DL-5T Feature: Stable conveying movement with little noise
    and high reliability.

    Motor speed reduction unit output momentum to


    sprocket wheel, chains and connecting shackle, so as
    Sprocket to drive the chains to move. Simple structure, easy
    Driver DN-5T installation and convenient operation features are
    suitable for short length conveyors.

    Take-up Device (tensioner)

    Make sure certain tensile force exists between driving
    device and take-up device. It is usually placed on the

    Take-up the normal operation of the driving device. Relatively
    Device stable tensile force and widely applied.
    Hanger

    Y Type cross shape suspender or cross shape round
    Hanger suspender.

    It is can use two hanging points to be used as a load


    U Type point to hang the workpiece. It will be reduce the weary
    Hanger of the conveyor chain roller.

    Usually work with Y hanger. When the chain runs, the


    Cross Type cross shape arms will touch the hanger turner located
    Hanger at specific points, thus the hanging work pieces will be
    driven to rotary 90°

    Bearing
    hanger It can be rotary 360°.
    Cross type dick performs nearly the same function with
    cross shaped hanger, the only difference is that a disk
    is added on the top of the hook. Purpose: receiving
    Cross Type grease stains from the track and prevent the
    Disk Hanger workpieces become dirty.

    Other parts

    Manual type: feed or drop some lubricant on the chains


    and track with brush, amount of lubricant is adjustable.
    Manual / Automatic type: Add a solenoid valve to oil groove
    Automatic Oil based on the manual oil feeding cup, automatic oil
    Feeding Cup feeding is realized though electric control.
    Specially designed for automatic conveying chains. The
    sprayer is divided to main frame and oil-spraying
    support, transparent oil pipes connecting two parts.
    This design is convenient to choose the location of
    main frame and different types of chains, oil spray
    support is adaptable. On other side,
    Automatic it’s convenient to check oil-feeding situation via
    Oil Sprayer transparent oil pipe.
