Engine & Generator Control Mode

This document describes the control modes for the engine and generator of the Hera Betano W46 Power Plant. It outlines how the Woodward 723 Plus engine control and ABB Unitrol 1000-15 generator control can be configured in either isochronous, kW control, or speed droop modes depending on the control mode selection and enable/disable of the digital inputs to each control system. Based on the control mode selection and digital input settings, the appropriate mode for either kW control, isochronous operation, or speed/voltage droop can be activated for both the engine and generator.
