Work experience

Duties:

- Prepare and produce various pastry and bakery products


- Prepare filling for bread and pastries
- Baking sour dough
- Mixing, kneading, maturing, cutting, mould and shape dough
- Check premises before production start to make sure nobody get injured
- Ensure the quality and used by date of ingredients.
- Use the stocks (FIFO).
- Ensure oven temperature is correct for baking products
- Glazing buns and pastries prepare and finish cakes with cream and icing
- Packing sourdough as the customer order.
- Operate machines which roll and mould dough
- Emptying, cleaning and greasing trays, tins and other cooking utensils
- Reporting issues and hazard.
- Train new staff
