    Series of 1987 and Allowable Range of Contract
    Costs

    Pursuant to Section 6 of Executive Order No. 182 dated 3


    June 1987, the classification of contractors with the
    corresponding allowable range of contract costs for DPWH
    infrastructure projects are hereby prescribed, as follows:

    Class of Contractors Cost under Bidding

    Small Less than or equal to ~3.0 M

    Medium
    Sub-Class A Above ~3.0 M up to ~15.0 M
    Sub-Class B Above ~3.0 M up to ~30.0 M

    Large
    Sub-Class A Above ~3.0 M up to ~50.0 M
    Sub-Class B Above ~3.0 M

    This supersedes Department Order No. 25 dated 7 July 1987.
