I am responding with a great deal of interest to the post mentioned above , for my entire
work experience of twenty two years has been in the Customer Service Administration, Public
Relation and Business Development at a senior level.
I am qualified professional, who has good International and National academic and
working background; has the ability to carry out several responsibilities and work
effectively in a highly competitive environment; highly knowledgeable in computer basic
systems and software, and developed the skills in trouble shooting and can implement
solutions to improve company or organization systems. I have worked with companies Academic
and Automotive, rising through the ranks to ultimately managing some, I wish to be a part of such
an organization which recognizes talent and career growth.
I have worked with all aspects required by the jobs, throughout my career , I
have approached work as a challenge and I work well under pressure and change. I have a strong

1. Skills
I , as The School Administration Manager assisted the principal and stake holders focus on
instructional, rather than managerial/operational, tasks in all education levels (elementary, middle
and high school).
Under the direction of the principal, I was responsible for the overall management
and supervision of the operations of the school including supervision and evaluation of classified
staff as defined by the Principal. Assisted in maintaining a positive safe campus by enforcing school
rules and policies, and acted as a liaison to parents, community and staff. At elementary schools in
Sharjah, I at times took responsibility for administration/operation of the school in the absence of
principal/ other administrators. Participated in collective decision-making within the school
management team.
Managed non-instruction functions and activities; coordinated special events, volunteer
coordination, parent/family involvement, transportation, and building maintenance; received,
distributed and communicated information to enforce school, policies; plans,
promoted, managed and oversaw student services and activities, including student recognition,
student safety, and student supervision; addressed issues, situations, problems and/or conflicts
that could negatively impact the school; ensured general cleanliness, appearance and safety
of all buildings are maintained to acceptable standards.

In accordance with the practices and SOP of the school, managed the day-
to-day operations of the school including, but not limited to, the financial, technical, clerical and
front office support services.

the school’s administrative functions.
Managed the front office and all services ensuring that school operational and administrative
functions are organized efficiently to meet the needs of the school, staff, students and families.

the school’s improvement plan. Established regular meeting time with the principal/stake holders to

Managed all contractual and related arrangements with regard to building works, maintenance
and supplies, cleaning, grounds maintenance, etc., including quality control of contractors' work.
Responsible for disaster preparation program: fire drills, student, staff and public safety, student
