1. What is pronoun now? Is it Important to know the proper usage of pronoun?

2. How will you effectively use pronoun?
3. Is it important to know first the antecedent of a noun before replacing it with a
pronoun? Why?
Fish Bowl
Directions: Students will pick a strip of paper containing a sentence and
read it to the class and will determine the antecedent as well as the pronoun
use in the sentence.
b. Abstraction
1. Discuss the Pronoun and Pronoun Antecedent Agreement.
2. Let students watch videos about pronoun.
3. Ask questions to employ students’ participation.
4. Let students do the given activities.
IV. Application
Divide the class into two (2) groups
Directions: Make a short dialogue with your groupmates. Afterwards tell the whole
class of what are the pronouns used in the sentence as well as the
antecedents.
V. Assessment
Directions: Determine the pronoun used and its antecedents in the following
sentences.
1. The President give his opening remarks to the parents.
4. Amie and Danny told their parent about their engagement party.
5. The Principal and Head teacher use their power and initiative for a progressive
school.
