Resignation Policy
Objective
To lay down the guidelines on ‘Resignation Policy’
Salient Features
• To ensure a smooth separation of the employee
• To ensure a proper handover process in the concern department
• Notice period : 1 month for a confirmed employee
• Notice Period : 15 days for a nonconfirmed employee
• This needs to be considered from the date of resignation
Procedure

• An official email needs to be sent to the reporting manager along with
hr@ganeshaspeaks.com
• Post the discussion between the employee, reporting manager and the HR ,final
decision will be taken
• DOL gets decided for relieving the employee
• On the last day the employee completes all the documentation formalities and
gets relieved
Note: The Company reserves the right to amend, modify, and revise any or all clauses
of this policy depending upon market practices or exigencies of business.
