Shakti Hormann high speed doors optimise the flow of traffic, improve room conditions and save energy.
range includes both vertically and horizontally opening transparent doors with a flexible curtain.
They are also available in combination with sectional doors and rolling shutters, as well as with service-friendly spiral doors
with smooth aluminium profiles. Our high speed doors come with a powerful frequency converter control (FU) as standard.

ROLLING SHUTTERS
Shakti Hormann rolling shutters are available in aluminium and steel, they are doors that will prove themselves in daily
use again and again and are especially economical
Rolling shutters require hardly any space above the opening as they form a compact coil behind the lintel. Therefore, no
valuable hall space is lost at the sides or ceiling. The high level of quality in Shakti Hormann rolling shutter construction
goes far beyond the usual standard.
LOADING TECHNOLOGY
Shakti Hormann provides you with all the components for your Loading bay from a single source:
Dock Levellers, Dock Shelters, Loading Houses and Buffers.
• Dock Levellers can bridge large height differences between the ramp and the lorry loading level.
• Dock Shelters are adjustable and can be used universally. They are available in many variations and can be customised to most situations.
• Dock Seals adjust particularly well to different sizes. The excellent seal prevents the entrance of cold into heated buildings or of heat into
refrigerated warehouses, thus saving energy.
DOCK LEVELLERS
Shakti Hormann Dock Levellers are well-designed solutions for precisely compensating the differences in height
between various lorry floors and ramps. Using a Dock Leveller, the load can be moved in or out of the lorry in a single
horizontal movement.
Reliable hydraulics with 2 lifting cylinders and a cylinder for the lip is the right choice for any situation, easy to operate and,
above all, safe: these dock levellers are equipped with automatic emergency stop valves in the lifting cylinders. They secure
the dock leveller right away. This is important, for example, if a lorry drives away while a load is still on the platform.
DOCK SHELTERS & DOCK SEALS
Shakti Hormann Dock shelters and Dock Seals protect loaded goods from adverse weather conditions and also save energy
costs by minimizing heat loss. Dock Shelters are adjustable and can be used universally. They are available in many variations
and can be customised to most situations.
When combined with a Dock Leveller, Dock Shelters and Seals mean that complex canopies and ramp assemblies are not required.
LOADING HOUSES
Loading houses are placed in front of the hall. This means that the entire hall space can be used, right up to the
exterior walls. A complete loading house consists of a pedestal with dock leveller, wall and ceiling cladding, as well
as a loading opening with dock seal/shelter.
In conjunction with insulated Shakti Hormann industrial doors, loading houses are especially expedient for loading
temperature-sensitive goods. Lorries can then dock at a 90° angle or offset to the side at a tight angle. Loading houses
are available as individual units or as a row of houses.
