4-2. Installation
1) Check all of components are put into the box.
2) Prepare the hexagonal wrench to unfasten the arm.
3) Using the hexagonal wrench, fasten the arm as shown in the photo, below.
4) Put the plastic bushing on the hole of the arm, as shown in the photo, below.
6) Fasten the nut, putting the bushing, for fixing the ear washing body, as shown below.
8) Connect the electrical power on the rear of the ear washing body to the outlet of the
automatic drainage system, in addition, insert the collective water pipe line from the
basin into the socket of “rinse-in”.
10) Insert the nozzle into the hole until its click sounds in an arrow direction, as shown
below.
11) The water-in, water-out pipe line are inserted into the holes on the rear of the ear
washing system, as shown below.
12) You can take out the fuse holder below the electrical power socket, and replace it by
the new one.

Legend Indicator Description Troubleshooting
7. Troubleshooting
7-1. Troubleshooting on which Parts didn’t work for injecting warm water from the hand-
piece
Ear washing system (hereinafter called EWS) appeared “A1” and changed to “36~39”, sometimes,
“E9:” on the indicator.
However, warm water is not injected into the hand-piece, while warm water drains out.
You’ve connected the hand-piece to the warm water drain adaptor as a temporary expedient.
Therefore, our tentative conclusion is that the cause not to inject warm water into the hand-piece falls
into five cases.
First, possibility to show the voltage below DC 12V, at the ground point, which is able to operate the
relay for opening three way cock solenoid valve.
In this case, the transformer, supposedly functioning to rectify the voltage from AC 220V to 12V, should
be replaced, while you’re kindly requested to notify us of the rated / used voltage in Qatar.
Secondly, possibility not to operate the relay properly for opening three way cock solenoid valve.
In this case, the relay should be replaced by the new one.
Thirdly, possibility not to turn on LED of the “ 3 WAY ON” on the main PCB.
In this case, the main PCB should be replaced by the new one.
Fourthly, possibility not to operate the three way cock solenoid valve, itself.
In this case, three way cock solenoid valve should be replaced by the new one.
So, we’d like you to undertake the following troubleshooting procedure on which parts it didn’t work,
exactly.
1-1. Place the current hand-piece, which you connected to the warm water drain adaptor, into the original
position.
1-2. Check whether the temperature to show from 36℃ to 39℃, returns to the normal one at 37℃ on
the indicator, otherwise, you should increase to open water flow rate control knob as much as showing
Max.37℃, inside EWS, as I sent you its location before. The reason why it shows the temperature up to
39℃ is the shortage of water volume / flow rate.
Should it show the voltage at 220V, the relay works, properly, otherwise, the relay is defective, which
should be replaced by the new one.
2-3. Case III : Not Turning On the LED of “3WAY ON” on the Main PCB
When the indicator shows “ 37”, the LED of “3WAY ON” on the main PCB should turn on.
Otherwise, the main PCB is not working, properly, which should be replaced by the new one.
1. Check whether the faucet / valve of the raw water pipeline is fully open or not, otherwise, the
weak pressurized water below about 2.3 MPa can’t make the pressure sensor inside the ear
- Check whether raw water faucet valve is fully open. – Water Supply Closed by Valve
2. Check whether every cables are connected into the right sockets / holes, exactly, as follows :
- Connection Line for Hand-Piece - Warm Water-Out Line, Drain Line well Connected
3. Turn on the power, A1 displays on the indicator, which means it’s ready for starting to warm
up water, and taking 2~3 minutes, you can see the temperature at 36~37 ° Celcius,
simultaneously, warm water is flowing out from the warm water pipeline, until the indicator
shows idle for energy saving, as “-, -“.
- It’s ready for starting to warm up water. – Displaying temperature, warm water continues to
flow.
- Warm water continues to flow while in displaying - Press the Start button, lift up the hand-piece and press
the temperature, at 36~37°Celcius. the button of the hand-piece, water injects, warm
water-out continues to flow.
- Water injects, warm water in a scanty amount – Warm water stops flowing, while in showing idle
Continues to flow. signal, ”-, -“.
- Take out the tip of the hand-piece. – Unfasten the bolt to be connected to the hand
-piece.
1. As a micro-control of the pressure, you can get it done at the irrigation hand-piece.
a
<Fig. 1>
2. Turning around the nut clockwise as shown in the red-circle of the <Fig. 1>, and it will change to
the one, as shown in the red-circle of the <Fig. 2> and the ear irrigation pressure decreases,
proportionally.
Be sure to have a caution that turning round it counter-clockwise entirely as part to increase its
pressure, the nut can be loose apart.
3. Should the micro-control of its pressure can’t meet you, as a macro-control of it,
please refer to the followings:
6. After controlling the water pressure by its valve as shown in the red-circle in a macro-way,
Turning around the knob counter-clockwise, as shown in the green-circle of the <Fig. 3>,
its pressure can be increased in a micro-way.
1. Check whether the line of sensor is cut off or not, allegedly caused by the
damage or the poor soldering, as shown in the pink circle.
2. Unless it's no trouble, replace the sensor by the new one, we’ll send you.
3. When replacing the sensor, be sure to install it in a vertical direction, while it's better to fix it by
the bond of 401, included, with the new sensor, instead of the both sided tape, which might be
also acceptable.
4. Temporarily fixing the sensor at first, check whether the sensor works without any trouble, after
the hand-piece places onto its guided hole, as shown above.
If it works very well, be sure to fix it permanently.
5. A scanty amount of bond applies to the flat part of the sensor.
3. Unfasten the bolts by a screw driver, which are attached to the main body and side of the ear
irrigation system, as shown in the <Fig. 3>, while keep the bolts safe without losing them.
<Fig.3>
4. After taking out the case, and take out the two pins of the cable by hands, indicated by the red
arrow, below, from the third socket of the right side, in the <Fig. 4-1, 2>.
<Fig. 5>
6. After going through the cable, insert the pin into the socket, as indicated in the <Fig.6>.
Not having the polarity, its color is useless.( No need to distinguish the right from the left by its
color.)
<Fig. 6>
7. After inserting the pin into the socket, above, and insert it into the socket from the third right
side as shown in the <Fig. 7>.
<Fig. 7>
8. Put the cover of the ear irrigation system and fasten the bolts by a screw driver.
<Fig. 1>
<Fig. 2>
3. Unfasten the rear part and take out its spring and cover, as shown in the <Fig.3>.
<Fig. 3>
5. Pushing down the protruded shaft, as shown in the <Fig. 5-1> and take out it, as shown in the
<Fig. 5-2>.
7. Keep in mind that in fastening the four cross recessed bolts of the hand-piece too forcefully, by
screw driver, it might be broken down.
