    Enquiry on Result (EOR) service

    Test takers may apply for an enquiry on results (EOR) only at the centre at which they took the test
    and within 6 weeks of the test date. For a fee of ￡60 (IELTS)/ ￡(IELTS for UKVI)/ ￡75 (Life Skills),
    the test taker’s material is forwarded to the UK for re-marking. If the score on any module increases
    after re-marking, the fee will be refunded. It takes around eight to ten weeks from receipt of the
    candidate’s exam materials in the UK before the candidate is notified of the re-mark results. The
    candidate will receive an ER feedback letter stating their final status.
