A. Short term Power Supply Plan ( 1.

5 Years PPA)
1. Available Power Set
 GE Mobil TM 2500 3 Units, Total Gross Capacity 96 MW (32 MW x 3 units)
 Or GE Fr 6 B 2 Units, Total Gross Capacity 120 MW ( 60MW x 2 Units) ~ 240 MW(60MW x 4 Units)
Both above units are available now.
 On land basis can use LNG and Diesel(Duel fuel)
So, we will bring this power set immediately then set to connect to Main Grid within 1 week.
 Delivery to Sri Lanka: 1~2 Months after signing PPA
 First fuel by Diesel until we deliver small scale of LNG FSRU which we owned 2 units in Indonesia within 4
Months after sign PPA.
 Location of 120MW ~ 240 MW CCPP could be in Keranitissa Or Kerawalapitiya and Delivery LNG by LNG tank
Trailer(50 CBM/unit)
Or 120 MW Power Plant & LNG FSRU could be located in Hambantota Port.

2. Term & Conditions of PPA


 Signing PPA with CEB for 1.5 Years
 PPA Tariff is 16.5 cent/kwh for the initial 6 months during use Diesel as a fuel.
 PPA Tariff will be reduce to 13.5 Cent/kwh after 5 Months Once we deliver LNG as a Main fuel.
 Take or Pay is 80% of total Gross Capacity.
 We will full responsible to supply LNG with our owned Investment and technology after 5 months.
 CEB must provide location of Jetty where LNG FSRU could be berth.
150 ~ 200 Mtr length / Draft 8 Mtr of Wharf Either at Colombo Port or Hambantota Port.

B. Long term Power Supply Plan ( Bss on 15 ~ 20 Years PPA)

1. Available Power Set


 300 MW Floating BMPP(Barge Mounted Power Plant
– Combined Cycle Gas)
 Floating basis can use LNG and Diesel(Duel fuel)
 Delivery to Sri Lanka: 12~14 Months after signing

 Location of 300 MW Floating BMPP could be in
Colombo Port Or Hambantota Port.

2. Term & Conditions of PPA
 Signing PPA with CEB for 15 ~ 20 Years
 Delivery shall be within 12 ~ 14 Months after signing PPA
 PPA tariff is 11.5 cent/kwh with Take or Pay 80%
 We will full responsible to supply LNG with our owned Investment and technology
 CEB must provide location of Jetty where LNG FSRU could be berth.
150 ~ 200 Mtr length of Wharf either at Colombo Port Or Hambantota Port.
