ACKNOWLEDGEMENT
I would like to be thankful to the principal and college for providing the necessary
resources and facilities and also for their support, courage and co-operation. Having
completed this report, looking back, I realize the importance of the people without whom this
report would have not been complete. I am indebted to my H.O.D. Prof. Amit Rathod and
prof. D.H.Trivedi for their guidance and commitment towards the preparation of the design
engineering report without which I would have not been able to complete in such a short
period.

Yours sincerely,

Niket Rathod

Sagar Ladumor .

Introduction
We are three members in team.(1) Niket , (2) Sagar. Dharamam is guided us It has
been exciting to see design thinking gaining ground in a growing range of industries over the
last few years, but even I have been surprised by the enthusiasm with which some in the legal
field have embraced the concept.

The law is not exactly known for creative problem solving. But it turns out that the
industry is facing the same set of challenges as everyone else as disruptive technology forces
regulators and policymakers to think differently. This is a moment of rich opportunity for
design thinkers, and we now have evidence that the world at large is taking notice. Design
thinking is a great innovation tool for tackling complex systemic challenges. It not only
offers an approach that generates momentum through prototyping, but also strengthens
insight around what works (and what doesn’t). This new guide is meant to help innovators
create more elegant, effective, and creative solutions for the circular economy.

Team building activities typically involve introducing a problem that team members
have to solve together. The problem solving skills that they practice in a simulation can transfer
to into the workplace. Through the activities, team members gain the skills that let them
identify barriers to accomplishing goals and come up with ways to overcome those barriers.
Team building activities can give employees structured ways to solve problems together while
making each aware of the resources that each team member brings to the workplace.

While making this project we can learn many things like team work, how to represent
our thoughts and idea, how to design etc.our purpose to to making this project is digitization,
automation and improvement in system.

Empathy canvas:-
Storyboarding happy:

Once upon a time a man came to parking to parking his car, but due to big size of parking
not able to decide where to parking his car. So , parking number is display on gate & choose
the number of parking & park the car.

Storyboarding sad:

Once upon a time a 65 years old man came to the parking to park his car. So he starts to
find empty space for parking his car .but due to bigger of parking plot he does not able to decide
where to park the car .

Learning’s Need Matrix (BE 3 stage)
(1)Purpose/product concept: Easy parking, max vehicle in parking.

(2)Theories/Methods/Application: automatic display parking no. , using 7-segment OR sensor

or LED.

(3)Software/Tools/Skill: Math lab or lab view

(4)Applicable standards and design specification: Safe entry/exit point, area & shape of specify
site, Simple design, easy parking.

(5)Component matrix &strength: sensor, display, 7-segment,resioster,wire,led.

Reverse engineering:
We take an video game power adepter which is non-working condition and open it .we
separated all part of it .There are many parts in adepter like circuit, wire, cell, etc...In a main
part in adepter is circuit which is design perfectly.

Component
2.1 Adriano Board:

Adriano is a project made by the largest technical community of engineers,

developers and hobbyists whose goal is to develop ideas and interactive control projects
around the world, based on different types of electronic panels but programmed in a language
Single programming and free.

2.2 Seven Segment:

The 7-segment display, also written as “seven segment display”, consists of seven
LEDs (hence its name) arranged in a rectangular fashion as shown. Each of the seven LEDs
is called a segment because when illuminated the segment forms part of a numerical digit to
be displayed. An additional 8th LED is sometimes used within the same package thus
allowing the indication of a decimal point, (DP) when two or more 7-segment displays are
connected together to display numbers greater than ten.

2.3 Distance Sensor:

Parking information and vehicle information are collected and transmitted by the
wireless network using distance sensor detection.

Limitation
1) It may be a bit confusing for unfamiliar users. 2) It is not recommended for high peak hour
volume facilities.3) There may be a fear of breakdown (How do I get my car out?). 4) There is
an uncertain building department review and approval process. 5) It requires a maintenance
contract with the supplier.

CONCLUSION
We have successfully completed our work on smart city parking system. Now this
system is ready to be used in any parking area in Smart Cities.
