    RESOLUTION NO. 1, s. 2017


    A RESOLUTION FOR AN ORGANIZATIONAL DAILY DUES.

    WHEREAS, the said resolution was taken for floor deliberation.

    WHEREAS, an amount of two pesos (Php 2.00) shall be collected from every member
    of the organization (FETO).

    WHEREAS, the said amount must be paid every day which is also a requirement in
    signing of clearance at the end of each semester (under the proponents of the
    organization).

    WHEREAS, the fees collected will be used for the forthcoming activities and projects
    and for the improvement of the organization’s necessities.

    NOW THEREFORE, upon the unanimous accord of all officers of the Future English
    Teachers Organization in session assembled.

    RESOLVED, as it hereby resolved that the amount of 2 pesos (Php 2.00) shall be
    collected from every member of the organization (FETO).

    RESOLVED, that there will be a particular amount which must be paid every day and is
    also a requirement in signing of clearance at the end of each semester.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the fees collected will be used for the forthcoming
    activities and projects and for the improvement of the organization’s necessities.

    RESOLVED FURTHER, that the amount collected must be liquidated and must be
    submitted to OSA - Student Organizations Office.

    RESOLVED FINALLY, that the copies of this resolution be furnished all concerned
    specifically OSA - Student Organizations Office.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED.
