    Substrate preparation > 0.8 mm (in dry condition)
    1. Substrate should be sound, level, clean without any oil and dirt Crack bridging > 0.7 mm
    2. Make good any unsound areas before the application of weberdry top (after contact with water)
    3. For new render or screed, it should be fully cured at the rate of
    7 days per 1 cm thickness before the application Crack covering ability 2.5 mm

    point before applying weberdry top Bond to concrete 0.82 N/mm2
    Remark: These test results are from laboratory test. They could be slightly different
    Mixing from on-site results because of the differences in applications and conditions
    1. Put liquid part in mixing bucket
    2. Gradually add powder part with the ratio of 1 : 2.5 (liquid : powder)
    3. Mix by using slow speed (500 rpm) electric mixer until obtain homogeneous CERTIFIED STANDARD

    4. Leave for 3 – 4 minutes for chemical curing International/European standard Standard Result

    - Place webertape BE 14 reinforcing tape along the angels or joints JIS A 1404 3 bars @ 2 mm Pass
