    All the B.E./B.Tech. II/IV, III/IV and IV/IV students (2018-19) are hereby informed that they have to pay the
    annual Hostel fees for the academic year 2018-19 as per the details given below.
    Without Late Fee : Up to 30th June 2018
    With a Late Fee of Rs. 1,000/- : 1st July 2018 to 10th July 2018
    With a Late Fee of Rs. 2,000/- :11th July 2018 to 20th July 2018

    Cancellation Policy:
    1. Transport Fee: Any Transport fee cancelled will be subject to a penalty equal to the # of months
    cancelled Rs.1, 500 per month.
    2. Lodging Fee: No refund will be given at any time.
    3. Mess Fee: Any Cancellation will receive a pro-rata refund for unused whole months remaining minus
    a Rs.2, 000 fee.
