2. Deposit an amount of INR 50,000/- (Rupees fifty thousand only) on or before Thursday, March 30 2023 which
includes the admission fee and a part of the first instalment of program fees.
The payment Schedule for payment of requisite fees is as per below.
1. Note that you may pay Part 1 and Part 2 of the payment schedule as mentioned below in one go if you wish,
please update the candidate portal with details of your payment details in case you wish to do so.
You will not be able to pay Part 2 without payment of Part 1. Also please adhere to the timelines as per part
mentioned strictly. We will not extend the payment dates as per the payment plan mentioned below under any
circumstance

3. Smt Leela Nath memorial scholarship: All female candidates who are admitted to any of the PGDM programs at IMT Nagpur, will receive a scholarship of 20% on the
academic fees component. Please note that the scholarship will be disbursed post candidate joins the campus and pays the required amount of fees and all other
components of the fee as mentioned above.
4. Candidates who have scored a 90 percentile or above in CAT OR XAT OR a 650+ absolute score in GMAT and admitted to IMT Nagpur, will receive a scholarship of 40%
on the academic fee component. Please note that the scholarship is disbursed post candidate joins the campus and pays the required amount of fees and all other
components of the fees mentioned above.
5. In case a student is eligible under more than one scholarship(s) and/or fee waiver schemes, he / she will have to opt for one of such eligible scholarships/waiver
schemes and such opted scholarship/waiver scheme will only continue to remain during the entire tenure of PGDM Program.
6. The decision of the Scholarship Committee is final and binding for final allocations of scholarship /waiver and will not be revised under any circumstances.
NOTE: IMT reserves the right to change the fees, scholarship and waivers and any other charges at any point of time before the commencement of the Academic year
(2023).
REFUND POLICY: The Institute follows the guidelines recommended in most recent AICTE Handbook for PGDM Institutes and the AICTE academic calendar for 2023-24. Please
refer to the same for all important dates related to refunds and refund policy.
DISPUTES AND ARBITRATION: All Admissions are subject to the rules and regulations of the Institute and the laws as applicable. In case of dispute, the decision of the Institute
shall be final and binding. Further, all matters arising from the same shall be within the jurisdiction of Ghaziabad/ Nagpur/ Hyderabad.

Fee Payment Details
The Payment of INR 50,000 (Rupees Fifty Thousand Only) can be made through Online mode (Debit Card/ Credit
Card/ Net banking and NEFT/RTGS) on or before Thursday, March 30 2023 towards admission fees.
1. Online Payment: To make online payment, please log in to the candidate portal and click the link “Online Fee
Payment”.
Important Note:
1. Those who are using ICICI Bank Net banking, kindly select transaction type as “Payment to virtual a/c”
2. Those who are using ICICI Bank Mobile App (i-mobile), kindly select transaction type as “Payment to Other
Bank” (NEFT/RTGS)
3. Those who are using other Bank’s Net Banking (Other than ICICI Bank), kindly select transaction type
“NEFT/RTGS”
4. After you make payment through NEFT, pl. send an e-mail at accounts@imtnag.ac.in giving details of
transaction reference number, your name, IMT application number for confirmation at our end.
Important note: In case of payment made by NEFT/RTGS mode, please note that you would need to update your
candidate portal with the details of your application number and UTR number (given by your bank post the NEFT/RTGS
transaction), latest by 5:30 PM, Thursday, March 30 2023, post which the link will be deactivated. Any payment via
NEFT/RTGS made post 5:30 PM, Thursday, March 30 2023, and not updated on the portal will automatically be
cancelled and amount refunded back to your account.
Kindly note that in case of online or NEFT/RTGS payment, the bank will charge GST and convenience fee which is
over and above the admission fee given, and the same is to be borne by the candidate.
