    As an owner of an organization or a business firm your task is to establish the mission, vision, and values and
    uphold it. After you have created the mission, vision, and values of your organization or business firm you will
    try to orient your employees, which they will be the audience, about the mission, vision, and values you created.
    This must include content, mastery, and delivery.
