By signing below, I acknowledge that I am signing your client agreement and related
document and that this is a legally binding agreement. I confirm I understand the
full nature and risks of foreign exchange, and other derivative markets.
I conform that I have read and understood the current Terms of business, orders of
execution policy, conflicts of interest policy and risk disclosure notice set out by
SCFX (Sea Capital) and by submitting this customer agreement and the required
documentation listed in Appendix A, I agree to be bound by the terms of these
documents. If referred by another introducing Broker, I also agree to be bound by
the terms of the introducing Broker Disclosure.
I have access to the internet and consent to SCFX (Sea Capital) providing me with
information about changes to the customer agreement, Terms of Business,
Order of Execution Policy, Conflict of Interest policy, and Risk Disclosure
Notice by posting such information on the company website www.seacapital.co.uk

this account opening process is true and correct and that I will notify SCFX (Sea
Capital) in writing of any material changes. I further confirm that I do not breach
any regulations of my country of residence in trading and or Introducing as a

Appendix A – Required Documentation
In order for us to verify you identity and complete processing of your application,
please provide us with the following documents:
• A valid Government photo ID (e.g. Driver’s Licenses, Passport, or a National

ID Card)
• Proof of Residential Address represented on the account application, date
within 3 months (e.g. Utility Bill, Bank Statement, Note: the documents must
include your Full mane, and current residential address: the issuer and date
must be visible, PO Boxes are not acceptable).
• You may submit your documents as scanned images (JPG, GIF, DOC, or
PDF) please email clear and legible scanned Documents.
The account’s department will contact you if additional documents are required.
Approval of the application will depend on receipt of all items required for
processing.
Upon Approval of your Application we will email your account details, for your
acceptance and signature.
