    Variation: play with 2 semiquavers to each note and spiccato bowing.

    Scale game for 2 players


    Use only the notes of the D major scale. Player 1 plays open D and adds on one more note of their
    choice. Player 2 copies these two notes and adds on one more note. Player 1 copies in turn, again
    adding a further note. And so on. Game over when someone forgets! For example:
