SUMMARY OF QUALIFICATION
Certified WELDER SMAW/FCAW/MIG .Experience in industrial construction, mechanical oil and gas
division and shipyard building and repair. Able to fabricate, assemble, revise and repair. Also had an
experience about piping work such as pipe fitting and plumbing. Knows how to use meter tape, identify
hand tools, isometric drawing or blue print, operate manual and automatic cutting equipment such as
grinder or oxyacetylene cutting torch and can operate RIDGID 300 compact threading machine. Ability to
work calmly on critical situation under significant time pressure and recognized for maintaining quality

Work specialized in fire protection, chilled water pipe line as well connect to AHU and FCU piping
system.
Read and interpret drawings or blueprint piping system welding using SMAW process, layouts,
fabricate, installs or repairs, modify, clean and maintain pipe system units, fitting and related
machines and equipment.
Attaches plates or pipes to wall, structures and fixtures such as tanks, sleeves, brackets, hangers,
clamps or any related components by using hand, power tools or welding equipment.
Measure and marks plates or pipes for cutting, threading, drilling or welding; use specific tools
such as cutting torches, pipe threaders, pipe groovers, benders, coring machines and any related
equipment.
Use specific tools for lifting heavy metals manual or automatic equipment such as chain hoist,
electric cable hoist, boom lift or any related lifting equipment.
Remove and replace work components, inspect work site for obstruction and ensure that holes
will not cause weakness and also inspect hydrostatic test observation of any other methods of
testing.
Welding in all position in full penetration, 100% visual inspection UT and RT test.

engineer/inspector or manager and deal with other employees professionally all the time.

Responsible in full welding carbon steels that is used in building ships such as brackets, angle bar
cabins, pilot house, erection joints, simlines, and double bottom and other parts of the ship that
is used in radioactive test (X-RAY), ultrasonic test (UT) and using fluxcord arc welding (FCAW).
Responsible in full welding structures using shielded metal arc welding (SMAW)
Able to perform one or more tasks related to the erections joining, cutting and repair of beams,
grinders, columns and other structural components.
Summarizes job preparation welding and post welding.
Ensure that all equipment is in good working order and condition.
Requires adhering to all safety protocols including the use of harness or other safety apparatus
to minimize the risk of injury in working in considerable heights.
Calibrates all tools and equipment according to the parameters listed in the welding procedure
specifications (WPS) to make sure that we are in good working condition.

After the weld is completed, we include grinding to remove the slag or dress, cleaning, buffing,
polishing, or heat treatment and examine the work for any obvious defects or discontinuities.
