    Documents and information required:-

    We request you to kindly provide us with following information for registration of your
    Society (NGO) under Societies Registration Act, 1860: -

    1. Proposed Name of the Society


    2. Minimum 8 Members of different State are required
    3. Mobile Number, Email Address, Designation in Society and Two Photograph of all
    Members required.
    4. I D & Address Proof of Members required.
    5. Main Objects of the Society.
    6. Office Address Proof of the Society – Electricity Bill.
    7. In case of Rented, NOC form Land Lord on Rs 10/- Stamp Paper.

    Note: - The above amount is all inclusive of Govt. fee and all up to obtaining of registration and
    PAN of Society.
