caregiver, kag residente sang Brgy Diclum, Tobias Fonier, Antique. (Yes, I am Ma. Adelfa
Ayupan y Aceso 54 years old, single parent, caregiver, and a resident of Brgy. Diclum,
Tobias Fonier, Antique.)

4. Q: Ano ubra mo kag sa diin ikaw gaubra? (What is your work and when?)

A: Isa ako ka caregiver ni Candelaria Gegato legal and edad kag may balati-an, kag
residente sang residente sang Brgy. Rizal Tuguisan, Guimbal, Iloilo. (I am a caregiver of
Candelaria Gegato legal age, suffering an illness, and a resident of Brgy. Rizal Tuguisan,
Guimbal, Iloilo.)

5. Q: Masaysay mo bala sa akon kun ano ang natabo? (Can you narrate to me what
happened?)

A: Sang mga alas 10:00 sa gab-i sang Agusto 12, 2019 gin tawagan ko si Ate Luz
bata sang akon gina bantayan nga si Candelaria Gegato kay na diskobrehan ko nga ang
box nga gina butang sa sulod sang cabinet sa kwarto ni Nanay Candi bukas na, kag gin
guba ang lock kag wala na ang kwarta sa box. (At about 10:00 o;clock in the evening of
August 12, 2019 I call Ate Luz daughter of my patient Candelaria Gegato that I was
discovered the box inside the cabinet in the room of Nanay Candi was opened and the
lock was destroyed and the money inside the box was lost.)

6. Q: Anu dayon ang Ginhimo mo? (What did yo do?)

A: Gin hulat ko nga mag-abot si Ate Luz, kag sang mga alas 8:00 sang aga sang
August 13, 2019 nag-abot si Ate Luz sa ila balay kag gin lantaw niya liwat ang cabinet
kag gin comperma gid niya nga wala na ang kwarta nga gin butang nila sa box mga balor
Php 80,000.00 kag $300 nga donation sang ila napatay nga utod. ( I waited to arrived Ate
Luz and at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of August 13, 2019 ate Luz will arrived the
swe check again the cabinet and it will confirmed that the money worth Php 80,000.00
and $300 placed inside the box which was donation of thier late brother was already lost.

the box was opened?)

A: Na diskobrehan ko lang box nga bukas na kag guba na ang lock tungod gin pangita
ko ang bayo sa cabinet ni Nanay Candi sa sulod san iya kwarto, kay nakita ko nga nag
post sa facebook si Connie Javier Laranja legal ang edad, kag residente sang Brgy.
Calam-isan, Oton, Iloilo upod ko man dati nga gaubra sa balay ni Nanay Candi nga
suksok niya ang bayo ni Nanay Candi. Kag didto mismo nabal-an ko nga wala naman
ang bayo. Pero permi ko gid si Connie makita nga naga sulod sa kwarto ni Nanay Candi
wala gid siya nag lisensya. (I was discovered the box was already opened it because I
find the dress of Nanay Candi inside the cabinet when I saw the picture post of Connie
Javier Laranja legal ang edad, kag residente sang Brgy. Calam-isan, Oton, Iloilo which
was a works before to Nanay Candi house as a helper, wearing the dress of Nanay Candi.
In that time, I know the said dress was lost. But I always saw Connie entering in the room
of Nanay Candi with asking permission.)

8. Q: Pila kamo ka tuig ukon bulan ni Connie Javier nga nag-updanay ubra sa balay ni
Candelaria Gegato? (How many years or months companied by Connie Javier in work at
the house of Candelaria Gegato?)

A: Mga duwa na kami ka tuig ga upod ubra ni Connie Javier sa balay ni Nanay
Candelaria Gegato. Pero si Connie mga lima na ka tuig sa kay Nanay Candi gaubra. Ang
ubra ni Connie sang ara ako, amo ang caretake sang balay sangtang ang akon ubra amo
Bantayan si Nanay Candi. (Almost two years companied in works with Connie in the
house of Nanay Candi. But Connie almost five years working in the house Nanay Candi.
Connie works was a caretaker the house and I was a caregiver of Nanay Candi.)

9. Q: Sige pa bala ang ubra ni Connie sa balay ni Candelaria Gegato? (Still Connie works
at the house of Candelaria Gegato?)

A: Wala na. kay sang August 1, 2019 Nahalin siya nga wala gid pormal nga nag
lisensya sa kay Ate Luz. (No more, it because on August 1, 2019 she left her without
asking permission from Ate Luz.)

4. Q: What is your purpose in giving this statement of yours?

A: My purpose is to a formal complaint for Qualified Theft under RPC against Connie
Javier y Laranja legal age, a resident of Brgy. Calam-isan, Oton, Iloilo one of the helper
in our house located at Brgy. Rizal Tuguisan, Guimbal, Iloilo if there is a probable cause.

5. Q: Can you narrate what particular incident happened?

A: That at about 10:00 o’clock in the evening of August 12, 2019 I was informed by
Adelfa Ayupan y Asejo 54 years old, single parent, and a resident of Brgy. Diclum, Antique
caretaker of our ancestral house located at Brgy. Rizal Tuguisan, Guimbal, Iloilo and our
mother Candelaria Gegato whose suffering an illness.

6. Q: What did yo do?

A: That at about 8:00 o’clock in the morning of August 13, 2019 I went and arrived in
our ancestral house located at Brgy. Rizal Tuguisan, Guimbal, Iloilo wherein our mother
was living. Then I check it the cabinet wherein the box was placed and I saw it that was
already open and the lock was destroyed. The said box containing the donation cash
amount of Php 80,000.00 and $300 US dollar of our late brother will being kept inside the
cabinet, which the two helpers Connie and Adelfa have a knowledge.

7. Q: Then, what happened?

A: I immediately contacted Connie Javier thru her cell phone, who was left to our
ancestral house as a helper on August 1, 2019 without any justifiable reason. I asking her
about the matter, but she did not reply nor answering her cell phone.

8. Q: What happened next?

A: We conduct an interview to Adelfa on the matter, Adelfa reveals to us she

discovered the box was open and the lock was destroy when she saw the post of Connie
in her face book wearing a drees of thier mother Candelaria Gegato. Thereafter Adelfa
find it that dress of Candelaria Gegato in her cabinet and it found out was already lost
and also descovered the box was open and the lock was destryed. Further Adelfa reveals
us that she saw Connie Javie several times entered the room of our mother without asking
permission.

10. Q: In this instance, what you wanted to happened?

A: I want her to give a lesson if we prove it that she will liable on the matter..
