 Able to count 10 objects.
 Show cooperation and willingness in having a group activity.

II. LEARNING CONTENT


TOPIC: Concept of Numeral 10

MATERIALS: Pictures, real object, and visual aids, slides

III. PROCEDURE
A. Preparatory Activity
1. Daily Routine
-Greeting the class
2. Drill
Showing the numerals 0, 1 , 2 , 3 , 4 , 5 , 6 , 7, 8 ,9, 10
3. Review
The teacher shows a picture of bananas, t - shirts ,puppies.
Ask the pupils how many bananas, t-shirt and animals are there?

4. Motivation
Let the pupils sing the song “ 10 mga batang masaya “
Ask the pupils how many pupils are there in the song.

B. Activity Proper
1.1 Presentation
Shows numeral 10 and ask the children what is the name of the numeral and what is the
beginning letter and sound.

Show a picture of 10 object... 5
Let the pupils count the objects in the picture
Show more examples of object that has 10.

1.2 Modeling
Ask 10 girls and 10 boys to stand in front . Ask the class where are the girls and the boys.
Ask how many girls stand in front and how many boys stand in front.
Call somebody to count the girls and the boys.
Ask the pupils to pick 10 stone or pebbles outside
Let the pupils count it.
Show more examples ask how many objects are there?

Before we start, we have standard to be followed in doing group activity.
 Follow instruction

 10 star for those who got perfect score
 9 star for those who got 1 wrong answer
 8 star for those who got more than 2 wrong answer.
