Multiplication &
Division Timed
Tests

Memorization of multiplication and division facts are

CRUCIAL for success in math for 4th grade and beyond!
Your 4th grader will be expected to know their
multiplication facts up to the 10’s (if they know their 11’s
and 12’s, that’s even better!) by memory.

Use the attached timed tests to frequently quiz your

child. Each set of 30 questions should be correctly
completed in 2 minutes or less. If they succeed, then
they can move on to the next number. If not, repeat
until they can successfully complete it within 2 minutes.
Start with the multiplication facts and continue through
the division facts. Once the facts are mastered, they
should be consistently reviewed on a regular basis!

Also attached are different fun ways to help practice

and memorize their multiplication facts.
