    A RESOLUTION OF THE PARENT TEACHER ASSOCIATION DICNHS - BALABAG


    HIGH SCHOOL ANNEX THE REQUESTING PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR
    HONORABLE ATTY. DOUGLAS RA. CAGAS TO ALLOCATE 750,000.00 FOR THE
    CONSTRUCTION OF AN ADDITIONAL PERIMETER FENCE WITH GATE TO DIGOS
    CITY NATIONAL HIGH SCHOOL – BALABAG ANNEX FOR SAFETY OF HUMAN
    AND MATERIAL RESOURCES OF THE INSTITUTION.
    WHEREAS, the PTA, recognizes the vital role of schools for children and youth in
    nation building and shall promote and protect their physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual
    and social well-being;

    WHEREAS, the implementation of K to 12 program will not be efficient if the delivery of


    the services will be jeopardized particularly when the school is not considered as CHILD
    FRIENDLY SCHOOL due to its lack of safety measures like perimeter fence.

    WHEREAS, an additional perimeter fence is badly needed for the safety and to have a
    conducive place for learning to attain the desired outcomes of all learners.

    WHEREAS, the Parent-Teacher Association of DICNHS-BALABAG HS ANNEX believe


    that this project will make our school a CHILD FRIENDLY SCHOOL where learners,
    stakeholders and teachers have a safe and conducive environment in molding the
    physical, moral, spiritual, intellectual and social well-being of all educative members.

    Wherefore, in Motion of Mrs. Edelyn Joy G. Reyes and duly seconded by Ms. Juna
    Mae G. Aresco during the 3rd EMERGENCY PTA BOARD MEETING, be it resolved as
    it is hereby resolved, TO REQUEST PROVINCIAL GOVERNOR HONORABLE ATTY.
    DOUGLAS RA. CAGAS TO ALLOCATE 750,000.00 FOR THE CONSTRUCTION OF
    AN ADDITIONAL PERIMETER FENCE WITH GATE TO DIGOS CITY NATIONAL
    HIGH SCHOOL – BALABAG ANNEX FOR SAFETY OF HUMAN AND MATERIAL
    RESOURCES OF THE INSTITUTION.

    UNANIMOUSLY APPROVED this 28th day of JUNE, 2019 at the DICNHS – Balabag
    HS Annex, Balabag, Digos City.
