    Key responsibilities for the Warehouse Supervisor

    ·Supervise and motivate a team reaching KPI,S and ensuring customer satisfaction

    ·To direct operations within the Warehouse.

    ·Day to day support and development of warehouse team

    ·Ensure all customer enquiries are dealt with efficiently in a professional way

    ·Responsible for ensuring stock accuracy is maintained

    ·Maximise efficiencies throughout the warehouse, prioritising and assigning workloads

    ·Being the first point of contact for any employee issues, resolving them in a timely, fair manner.

    Key skills/competencies required to be a Warehouse Supervisor:

    ·Experience within a supervisory warehouse role

    ·Computer Literate

    ·You need to be a people’s person; we’re looking for you to engage with your team to deliver the
    best results to our customers.

    ·Strong leadership

    ·Strong Health and safety focus

    ·Great team player

    ·Attention to detail

    ·Communication skills (verbal and written)

    Working Hours: 40 Hours a week Mon - Fri
