INTRODUCTION
School is defined as an educational institution in an organized unit committed to teaching and learning. Hence, the
needs for a condusive milieu are highly endorsed. Through the working forces of the stakeholders, community, teachers,
school head, and other personnel, what we aim shall be managed.
Their School Improvement Plan ( SIP) serves as the school’s guiding star to achieve what the school is dreaming and
aiming for in accordance to the mission and vision. This contains the diplomacies the school had, the school have and the
school shall have.
The common sayings stated. ‘” the only thing that never change is changes”. Yet , we only have two kinds of changes,
change for the worst or change for the better. And we chose the latter. Going along with the dance of changes requires men
to sacrifice time and efforts to plan with a collaboration and synchronization. Working hand in hand with true sacrifice gains
the victory to the better changes.
This victory will be achieved through the infinite power of our Almighty God with our unceasing prayers and faith. To
God be the glory!!
