Design Your Own Trash Rack

According to new research commissioned by Corona, around eight million metric

tons of plastic waste makes its way into the ocean each year, which works out to be
1,580kg dumped in Australia’s oceans every hour.
Even if we are putting our rubbish in the bin, some people are not, and waste still
finds its way into our oceans. If the rubbish is going to make it into our oceans not
matter what, we need to think of ways that we can collect it and remove it from our
oceans.

Assessment of the project:

Students will be assessed based on the

Sustainability: - Did it collect all the rubbish when it
was being tested out.
