INCENTIVE AGREEMENT
This Incentive Agreement (the “Agreement”) is by and between NASATO FOOD SUPPLEMENT
TRADING (“Company”) and _________________________________________ (“Executive”).
W I T N E S S E T H:
WHEREAS, the parties hereto desire to enter into this Incentive Agreement to define and
set forth the terms and conditions of certain compensation to be paid to Executive by Company;
NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of the mutual covenants and agreements set forth
below, it is hereby covenanted and agreed by Company and Executive as follows:
The company shall compensate the executive if the target numbers of Meganox
capsules sold is met. Please refer below:
The monthly sale reports will be the only basis for the incentive compensation provided
by the Sales Agent and Account Executive. Reports will be available 5 days after the end
of the month. Target quota must be maintained every month. Once it is below the quota
there is a corresponding deduction for the monthly payment.
The area of scope will be based on the locality of the Executive (e.g Municipality or City).
This Agreement between the parties shall be an agreement that will be commencing on
every first day of the month up until last day of the month and shall reboot monthly,
subject to immediate termination by either party with or without notice or cause.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this Agreement on the date written first above.
