• Prepared the job descriptions, Resourcing, screening and short listing resumes through various
job portals or else internal reference, head hunting.
• Coordinate with departmental heads for final test reports after written test.
• Coordinating with center manager understanding their requirements, defining job position.
• Preparing offer letter, employment contract and job description, completing joining formalities
and documentation.
• Salary negotiation with shortlisted employees and marking them aware of salary structure &
policies the organization is following verification process.
• Ensuring smooth joining formalities: Preparation of the induction and orientation schedule
conducting the induction for new hires.
• Deal with issues relating to employee discipline at work place in line with company policies and
legal requirements.
• Identifying training needs across levels through mapping of skills required for particular positions
