    OF CASH BOND
    COMES NOW, for and in behalf of the accused, bondsman
    JOHN M. PALAPAR, by counsel, and unto this Honorable Court,
    most respectfully files this pleading and avers that:

    That Accused in above-mentioned case have sufficiently


    posted cash bond, thru a bondsman, for his temporary liberty. The
    present case has since been terminated thru a Decision dated
    January 25, 2017.

    WHEREFORE, in view of the foregoing premises, it is most
    respectfully prayed that the Honorable Court release the cash
    bond posted by the bondsman as it is no longer necessary.

    Other reliefs just and equitable are likewise prayed for.
