    Evidence: Timelines

    For this evidence, we suggest you to visit:


    http://ourtimelines.com/create_tl_2c.html and follow the instructions to create
    your personal time line. Once the page provides you with your timeline, you
    need to identify at least 10 historical events that draw your attention and create
    sentences using the past perfect and the time expressions you learned in this
    learning activity. Below you will see a screenshot of what the timeline looks like.
    Below are some model sentences that exemplify the product your instructor
    expects from you.

    Note: If there is any issue with the webpage given, do your own research on the
    web about the historic milestones. Then, complete the evidence as required.

    Model sentences:

     When Richard Nixon was the president of the United States, I hadn’t been
    born.

     I had already been born when Gerald Ford became the president of the
    United States.

     The first genetically engineered product had been produced by the time I
    was 9.

     By the time I was 5, Margaret Thatcher hadn’t become the Prime Minister in
    the UK yet.
    Solution:
    1. Video recordings on DVD was the year it was my birth.
    2. William Clinton was president of the USA. UU. From before my birth until
    when I was 4 years old.
    3. 10 terrorist bombs kill 200, injure 1240 in Spain when he was 8 years old.
    4. PlayStation II ships: the most powerful video system to date when it was 4
    years old.
    5. When I was 6 years old, Wikipedia goes online 5 years after its creation.
    6. Amazon launches the Kindle reader when it was 11 years old.
    7. The Deepwater Horizon drilling rig exploded in the Gulf of Mexico when it
    was 15 years old.
    8. Discover curable macular degeneration when I was 15 years old.
    9. XBox One was launched when it was 17 years old
    10. The machine learning system surpasses the champion of Human Go
    when he was 21 years old
    Note: once you finish writing the sentences, create an autobiographical
    composition where you use them all.
    Example:
    I was born on October 4th, 1974. When Richard Nixon was the president of the
    United States, I hadn’t been born. He was the president of the United States
    before I had been born.
    When you finish your work, send the file to your instructor through the platform
    as follows:

    1. Click the title of this evidence.

    3. Leave a comment for the instructor (optional).

    Note: This evidence is an individual activity. Remember to check the learning
