    The above-entitled matter comes on calendar for the following motions: Motion For Summary

    9:45am After review and discussion with the parties, the Court DENIES the respondent’s Motion
    For Summary Judgment.

    10:20am The Court allows parties a brief recess to prepare for a pretrial conference.

    10:30am Counsel confirms with the Court the deadlines for the writ briefs and the oppositions.

    10:35am The Court schedules the two days for the hearing on Petition of Writ on Tuesday and
    Wednesday, February 25,2020 and February 26,2020 at 9am.

    10:37am The matter is adjourned.
