I. BASIS OF DESIGN:
The RO unit has been designed for a product flow rate of 500 LPH and 50%
recovery. Thus the feed water requirement will be 1000 LPH.

Annexure shall be as follows. The price will be varied as per the water report previously
examined.

o Supply of raw, soft & treated water storage tanks and transfer Pumps.
o All equipments, work and services not specifically mentioned as forming part of
our offer.
Commercial terms:
o Insurance extra where ever applicable
o VAT and Taxes as applicable
o Subjected to Assam Jurisdiction Only
TERMS OF PAYMENT
o 40% Advance along with techno-commercial order. 50% before dispatch of

the material. 10% After installation.

Validity
o This Quote is valid for a period of 30 Days.
DELIVERY
o Delivery shall be one week from the date of order or as agreed at the time of
order.
WARRANTY
o Warranty is only applicable against any manufacturing defect.
o The warranty is only valid for 12 months from the date of supply. High
Pressure pumps warranty will be beared by the maker.
o Client must use the machine/plant/system supplied by us as per the design

criteria.
o It shall stand void if the machine is not maintained as instructed.
o Client shall maintain daily operational data sheet

o It is only applicable if chemicals, resigns, membranes and other necessary
parts are used as instructed.
o The use of system beyond the capacity considered during design may
affect the performance of the machine and this degradation does not give rise
of any obligations on the part of the maker.
o Back flushing of the machine or membrane is a part of routine maintenance

and lack of proper maintenance can lead to performance issue.
