    RESOLUTION NO. 19-273

    A RESOLUTION COMMENDING THE CITY TOURISM DIVISION, UNDER THE LEADERSHIP OF


    HON. JOSEPH A. EVANGELISTA, INCLUDING THE DEPARTMENT MANAGERS OF THE CITY
    GOVERNMENT OF KIDAPAWAN, THE TMU AND THE PNP, FOR THE SUCCESSFUL, SAFE, AND
    ORDERLY CELEBRATION OF KASADYA SA TIMPUPO 2019.

    WHEREAS, the recent celebration of Kasadya sa Timpupo 2019 on August 9-18, 2019 was
    successfully concluded as the activities were safely, orderly, and festively
    conducted, which featured the variety of fruits and fruit products produced in the
    city and promoted the diverse culture and traditions of the local indigenous people;
    WHEREAS, such success of said celebration was made possible thru the competent leadership
    of Hon. Joseph A. Evangelista, City Mayor as supported by the relentless efforts of
    the officials and employees of the City Tourism Division, the collaborative effort of
    the Department Managers of the City Government, the patience and diligence of
    the TMU personnel, and the efficient strategies of the PNP in maintaining peace
    and order for the entire celebration, such exemplary performances deemed worth
    commending by the Sanggunian;
    WHEREFORE, on motion duly seconded, the body
    RESOLVED, as it is hereby resolved, to commend as it is hereby commended, the City Tourism
    Division, under the leadership of Hon. Joseph A. Evangelista, including the
    Department Managers of the City Government of Kidapawan and the PNP, for the
    successful, safe, and orderly celebration of Kasadya sa Timpupo 2019.
    RESOLVED FINALLY, that copy of this resolution be furnished to Hon. Joseph A. Evangelista, City
    Mayor, Mr. Joey E. Recimilla, STOO, Mr. Rey S. Manar, TMU Head, PLTCOL Ramel B.
    Hojilla, Chief of Police, and the Department Managers of the City Government of
    Kidapawan, for their information and record.
    This Resolution shall take effect upon approval.

    Enacted by the Eighth Sangguniang Panlungsod assembled in a plenary session at the
    Sanggunian Session Hall, City Hall Building, Kidapawan City during the Eighth Regular Session on August
    22, 2019.
    *City Councilors Lamata Jr., Malaluan, Lonzaga, Sison, Agamon, Pagal, Dizon, Taynan Jr., Salac, Melodias, Taynan, and
    Igwas, voted in favor of the aforementioned Resolution.
