Results

After implementing QuestLink, Fortis was


able to monitor and evaluate their clinical
outcomes for Coronary Artery Bypass Graft
(CABG), Kidney Transplant, Percutaneous
Transluminal Coronary Angioplasty (PTCA)
and other disciplines based on the records
derived from QuestLink. Overall, Fortis
has a response rate of 60.5% on their
outcome measurements.2 Capturing the
outcomes and benchmarking results using
standard sets helped Fortis to improving
its quality of services and creating a
competitive advantage. After successful
implementation of QuestLink in cardiology,
oncology and nephrology, Fortis is
planning to capture clinical outcomes of
orthopaedics.

In January 2016, Fortis was the first healthcare provider in Asia to publish clinical outcome data on their
website, based on global norms specified by ICHOM.

The app will be further developed, e.g. by introducing integrations with wearables, to give patients even
more control over their own health. It is possible to leverage the Happi app for other diseases, to get a better
