ORDER:
In the reference 1st read above,Government have appointed Joint
Collector, Prakasam District dealing with the subject as Official PIC to the Prakasam District Cooperative Marketing Society. In the reference 2nd read above, Government have appointed Joint Collectors of Srikakulam, Visakhapatnam, Vizianagaram, SPSR Nellore, East Godavari, West Godavari, Krishna, Chittoor, YSR Kadapa and Kurnool Districts dealing with the subjects as Official PIC to the said District Cooperative Marketing Societies. In the reference 3rd read above, Government have appointed the Joint Collector, Guntur District dealing with the subject as Official PIC to the Guntur District Cooperative Marketing Society. In the reference 4th read above, Government have appointed Joint Collector, Ananthapuram District dealing with the subject as Official PIC to the Ananthapuram District Cooperative Marketing Society Under Section 32 (7)(a)(i) of APCS Act, 1964.
2. In the circumstances reported by the Commissioner for Cooperation
& Registrar of Cooperative Societies, Andhra Pradesh, Guntur in the reference 5th read above, Government after careful examination, hereby appoint the following 7 Members Persons–in–Charge Committees to the 13 District Cooperative Marketing Societies for the residual term of the Period of the Official PIC ordered vide references 1 to 4th read above, Under Section 32 (7)(a)(i) of APCS Act, 1964 (or) till the conduct of elections whichever is earlier:-
