Welcome Messages from The Chairman of National Congress Indonesian

Neurological Association

Dear colleagues,

We are grateful, by the mercy of God, we can once again hold our annual neurological scientific meeting,
“The 20th Continuing Neurological Education (CNE) 2020”. An annual scientific program organized by
the Department of Neurology, Faculty of Medicine, Airlangga University-Dr. Soetomo General Academic
Hospital - Surabaya, Indonesia. This event will be held on August 14th – 16th, 2020.
The theme this time is "The New Innovation and Intervention in Neurology ".

In this event, we would like to reactivate the spirit of innovation in this millennial era of science
development in the field of Neurology in order to face global challenges in the future. This scientific
meeting is also a place for gathering and exchanging scientific informations or clinical experiences.

We invite colleagues and all related parties to participate in this annual scientific event, which is a little
different because of some new innovations. All of which are intended to improve the health status of
Indonesian society. This scientific event will comprise symposiums, workshops, scientific posters, and
information on pharmaceutical products. Also there will be an evening of intimacy and togetherness
packaged in a friendly and thematic "Gathering Night".

We are looking forward to have your presence and participation in this 20 th CNE 2020 event.

Cancellation / Reduction Policy

Cancellation / Reduction must be made in writing and sent to committee. The committee shall retain :
• 50% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/reduction is made between 1st January, 2020
and 20th April, 2020 inclusive
• 100% of the agreed package amount if the cancellation/reduction is made after 20th April, 2020

Sponsorship Terms & Conditions

Once a Sponsorship Booking Form is received a contract will be sent to you for completion. This contract
should be signed and returned with a 60% deposit payment to the Sponsorship Office address above.
Alternatively an invoice for the deposit can be requested on the Booking Form. Once this has been
received a confirmation of sponsorship will be mailed to you with an accompanying invoice.

Exhibition Terms & Conditions

The Terms and Conditions of exhibiting are included in this Prospectus. Please note that signing of the
EXHIBITION BOOKING FORM AND CONTRACT indicates acceptance of these Terms and Conditions. The
Exhibition Booking Form will be held as a valid liable contract, by which both parties will be bound.
