GUIDELINES ON THE CONDUCT OF DIVISION SENIOR HIGH SCHOOL FAIR: THE REPEAT
A. Participants
1. The participants of the SDO CamSur’s Senior High School Trade Fair: The REPEAT will
showcase the best products and services which should be based on the theme “Nurturing
our Learners; Ensuring their Future” as evidence of the acquired standard skills and
competence from the different strands of TVL Track as follows:
2. Exhibitions of the different skills will be in the form of Techno Bazaar where every school
will provide their own booth.
3. Participation is open to any learner/s who is/are currently enrolled in public and private
senior high schools for SY 2019-2020 in the Schools Division of Camarines Sur.
4. The details or specific requirements for participation are articulated in the guidelines of
each event.
6. The Senior High School Coordinator/Focal Person of participating school is advised to submit
the Official Entry Form other than the online registration with complete list of participants
in the different skills exhibitions on or before November 18, 2019 to the Registration
Committee @ CID Office, In-Charge of Senior High School.
7. SHS Coordinators and School Heads should provide assistance to their respective
participants.
8. Non participating schools must send at most 5 students and 1 teacher-adviser. They are
expected to observe and gain insights from the different presentations.
B. Awards
1. All entries shall be ranked from highest to lowest. However, only the top three (3) entries
shall be given corresponding points to determine the over-all champion.
2. Only the top three (3) winners of each event in the different strands/specializations shall
receive certificates of recognition and medals.
3. The top three (3) best performing schools shall be based on the following point system:
4. The top three (3) performing schools shall be awarded with trophies or plaque of
recognition as the Overall Champion, 1st Runner-up and 2nd Runner-up per congressional
district
1. The services and products of participants in all areas shall be judged separately by the (3)
members of the board of judges composed of experts in the field of specialization.
2. The score of the three (3) judges in particular area shall be computed separately to
determine the AVERAGE SCORE of each participant/team. The average score shall be the
basis for ranking the participants to determine the top 3 winners in each area of skills for
exhibition.
3. The tabulation, consolidation and review of all results shall be done by a committee
composed of EPS/PSDS, chairman of the board of judges, and a representative from the
school heads.
4. Announcement of results will be done at around 3:30 P.M of the last day of the schedule per
congressional district. Awarding of certificates, medals and trophies will be done during the
MANCOM meeting this December 2019. The School Heads of the winning schools will be
the one to receive the awards.
5. In case of tie, triple tie or quadruple tie, the in-charge of specialization with the chairman of
the board of judges of concerned event/s will decide.

I. Rules and Mechanics
a. All officially enrolled learners/students are eligible to join the contest.
b. Materials and other paraphernalia shall be displayed and included in the bazaar.
c. All contestants should be at the designated venue/booth during the whole duration of
the bazaar and to for the board of judges to come.
d. Each participant will go through an on-the-spot interview or quick deliberation with
the Board of Judges anytime of the day.

proper.
