Rule 18. This specifies the classification of vessels. You MUST know this
absolutely cold, 100% perfect. Memorize the list in this order since it gives the
‘pecking order’. Vessels must Give Way to vessels above them.
(You may or may not want to use the memory aid. We will discuss memory aids and the exam.)

Lights must be bright enough to be visible as follows:
