    JOINT AFFIDAVIT OF HEIRSHIP

    That we, LIBRADA C. TAN and MARIA C. TAAS, 82 and 76 years old
    respectively, Filipinos, and residents of the Municipality of Sibulan, Negros Oriental,
    under oath, do hereby depose and manifest:

    That we personally know SANCHA C. EUMAGUE, who died last May 9, 2014
    in barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental and upon her death she was survived by
    her only legitimate child and compulsory heir, HERMOSILA EUMAGUE who was born
    on December 6, 1962;

    That HERMOSILA EUMAGUE got married to Dennis V. Salboro last June 8,


    1996;

    That we know all these facts because we are good friends and neighbors in
    barangay Magatas, Sibulan, Negros Oriental, for quite sometime already and until the
    present;

    That we executed this affidavit freely and voluntarily without any considerations
    or promise whatsoever; or to defraud any office of the government but to attest the
    truthfulness and veracity of our statements herein.

    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto affixed our signatures this ____day
